Perry Maxson
Founder - Retired

Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in accounting.
Experience: Eighteen (18) years in management of multiple retail stores - served many years as President of Western Division, Opened Public Accounting office in 1970, Past President of Downtown Long Beach Business Association, Past President of Downtown Long Beach Lions Club, Staff Commodore Long Beach Yacht Club.

Larry Maxson
CPA - Managing Officer/Director

Emphasis: Business and non-profit organization advisory services, taxation, financial planning.
Education: B.S. in Business Administration-Accounting from CSULB, Certification in Advanced Personal Financial Planning from CSCPA, public accounting over 35 years.
Memberships: American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Calif Society of CPAs .

Christopher Bacon
CPA - Trusts & Estates Specialist

Emphasis: Individual and Estate tax compliance and planning, business accounting and financial services.
Education: B.S. in Business Administration - Accounting, Masters in Taxation, Certification in Estate Planning from CSCPA, Public accounting over 30 years. Former Controller for major concrete construction company.
